Working less with HQ
HQ is a membership program that brings a holistic service, covering everything A to Z – from receipts and lodgement, to servicing clients of the Member Partners. HQ will assume responsibility for all client services right up to business managerial level.
Day-to-day administrative activities:
• Quoting for jobs, initial engagement and processing of engagements.
• Invoicing clients, processing payments and banking
• Reconciling payments to Member Partners
• Providing general executive assistance to Member Partners
• All administration including reporting to Member Partners
• Correspondeing with clients, client meetings, and client sign off
• Completion of checklist paperwork and sending invoices
• Management review
• Partner signoff
Member Partners will only need to look after client relationships and higher level advice.
